At Gnoce Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewelry, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all certificates and promotional gifts that were part of the initial shipment.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
